SUPREME OXYLINE86 PLUS is an uncompromising, large-scale iron removal system designed for multi-family homes and facilities with very high water demand. The device is equipped with a powerful tank containing 84.5 dm³ of specialized, lightweight catalytic media (Katalox Light™). Such a large volume of media allows for highly effective reduction of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide at a nominal operating flow of 1.9 m³/h (maximum instantaneous flow up to 3.0 m³/h). The system operates based on 100% eco-friendly aeration technology inside the tank, completely eliminating the need for chemicals (e.g., potassium permanganate) and external, space-consuming aeration devices.

The unit is controlled by a reliable, American-made CLACK IMPRESSION valve, equipped with a backlit LCD panel and NOVARAM memory, which protects settings against power outages. Despite its significant dimensions (1900 mm height, 340 mm width, and 330 mm depth – 435 mm with bypass), this iron remover is characterized by optimal flushing water requirements. Efficient rinsing of the system requires a pump capacity of 2.5 m³/h. The OXYLINE86 PLUS model is fully compatible with any type of pressure tank (including modern diaphragm tanks) and features an innovative air pocket replacement function during the operating cycle, which is crucial for extreme concentrations of contaminants.
