Bottled Water Dispensers – Independence and Convenience

We don't always have access to piped water, but we need access to hot coffee and refreshing coolness wherever we go. Bottled water dispensers are a proven "Plug & Play" solution. All you need is an electrical outlet and a bottle of spring water to create a fully functional water supply in the office, waiting room, construction site, or home.

No more lifting: Choose Bottom Loading

The biggest drawback of old dispensers was the need to lift the heavy cylinder (approximately 19 kg) to the top of the unit. At CzystyStyl, we offer modern models with a bottom-loading system . How does it work?

  • You open the cabinet at the bottom of the device.
  • You slide the full cylinder across the floor (without lifting it!).
  • You insert the suction tube and close the door.

The result? The device looks elegant (the cylinder is invisible) and your spine is protected. It's an ideal solution for offices and homes where aesthetics play a key role.

Classic Top Loading – Economy and Simplicity

We also offer traditional models, where the cylinder is placed at the top (by gravity). These devices are reliable and inexpensive . They are ideal for industrial spaces, warehouses, and staff facilities where functionality is paramount.

Hot and cold water on demand

Regardless of the model, our dispensers provide:

  • Boiling water (90-95°C): Quick tea or instant soup without waiting for the kettle.
  • Cold water (5-10°C): Perfect cooling thanks to efficient compressors.
  • Safety: Hot water taps are equipped with a child lock.
Water dispenser with a hidden bottle in the bottom cabinet
Discreet and convenient. The cylinder is hidden inside the device.

Where can a bottled dispenser be used?

It's the perfect choice for locations where connecting to the water supply is impossible or prohibitively expensive. Whether it's rented offices, conference rooms, temporary facilities, or holiday homes, all you need is electricity to enjoy the comfort of your home.

Frequently asked questions

  • Our devices are adapted to standard cylinders with a capacity of18.9 liters (5 gallons), which are commonly used in Poland and supplied by water companies. Smaller bottles (e.g., 11 liters) will also fit, as long as they have the same standard cap.

  • Bottled water does not contain chlorine, so the system requires periodic cleaning. We recommend:

    • Wipe down the taps and drip tray once a week.
    • Once every 3-6 months, carry out the so-calledsanitization(disinfect the interior) with a special liquid or have it done by a professional company. This prevents sediment formation and bacterial growth.
  • Not much. Bottom-loading models have an additional pump that draws water from the bottom into the upper tank. However, this pump only activates when water is poured and runs for a short period of time. The cooling process itself (compressor) is just as quiet as in traditional models.

  • Bottled dispensers are energy-efficient. Energy consumption depends on how often the heater is used. Most models have a reartwo separate switches(red and green). If, for example, no one is drinking tea in the office, you can turn off the heating completely, reducing electricity consumption by half.

  • Yes, as long as you maintain good hygiene and purchase water from a reliable source. The dispenser only heats or cools the water you supply. Remember to avoid placing the device (especially models with the tank on top) in direct sunlight to prevent algae growth in the water.
