Two worlds, one quality – what do you choose?

ViO devices allow you to adjust the water supply method to your local conditions:

  • Bottled Dispensers (Top and Bottom Loading): A classic solution that doesn't require a pipe connection. All you need is an electrical outlet. We offer traditional models (with the bottle on top) and aesthetically pleasing models with a hidden bottle (hidden in a lower cabinet), giving the unit a clean and modern look.
  • Bottleless Dispensers (POU - Network Dispensers): These identical-looking devices, instead of bottles, have a connection to the water supply and a filtration system. Ideal for companies looking to reduce fixed water costs and eliminate heavy lifting.

Thermal comfort all year round

Regardless of the model, ViO takes care of your needs at any time of day. Dispensers serve:
Cold water (5-10°C): Instant refreshment for employees and household members.
Hot water (85-95°C): The perfect temperature for brewing coffee and tea, available immediately – no waiting for a kettle.
Room temperature water: For those who don't like extreme temperatures.

Classic cylinder or modern grid connection? With ViO, the choice is yours.

Design and Safety

ViO dispensers are exclusively freestanding models, designed to stand stably on the floor. Their slim design means they take up minimal space (about the size of a single floor tile). Each unit is equipped with a hot water lock (Child Lock), which prevents accidental scalding, crucial in homes with children and public spaces.

Frequently asked questions

  • In traditional dispensers, the 18.9l bottle is placed on top of the device ("upside down"). In ViO models withbottom loading, the cylinder is hidden in a cabinet at the bottom of the device.

    • Advantage 1:Appearance – the cylinder is not visible.
    • Advantage 2:Convenience – you don't have to carry a heavy cylinder up to your chest, just slide it into the locker below.

  • These are usually two different devices, even though they look similar. Before purchasing, decide whether you prefer the convenience of portability (a tank—you can place it anywhere you want, as long as there's an outlet) or the economy of operation (a mains-powered one—requires a water hose).

  • No. ViO uses modern compressors whose operation is comparable to that of a quiet home refrigerator. They are only audible when cooling the water; the rest of the time, they are silent.

  • Yes. Every hot water tap in ViO devices has a mechanical safety feature. To dispense boiling water, you need to make an additional movement (e.g., slide the lock), which effectively prevents a child from accidentally turning on the water.
