Professional water softener installation – a comprehensive service from selection to commissioning

Are you planning to install a water softener in your home? We will take care of the entire process – from selecting the right device and planning the installation, through preparing a detailed 3D design, to professional assembly, configuration, and subsequent service.

We do not perform "rule of thumb" installations. We analyze each case individually because the proper operation of a softener depends not only on the device itself but also on the installation parameters, mounting location, water flow, wastewater discharge capabilities, and the additional components used.

Comprehensive installation equipment

A water softener is often not the only element required for a properly prepared installation. If necessary, we also select, supply, and install additional hardware, including:

  • flood and water leak protection systems,
  • mechanical and inline filters,
  • pressure reducers,
  • valves and installation protection components,
  • components necessary for proper drainage of water after regeneration,
  • bypasses and additional plumbing elements,
  • other equipment required for a specific installation,
  • and, if needed, boilers and other installation devices.

We select the scope of equipment individually – we do not add unnecessary parts, but we ensure that the entire installation is complete, safe, and convenient to use.

What does a professional softener installation look like?

Installing a softener is more than just connecting the device to pipes. A proper installation includes, among other things, connecting the device to the water system correctly, preparing a drain for regeneration, ensuring proper operating conditions, checking pressure, and using appropriate protections and fittings.

After installation, the device must be configured according to water parameters and usage patterns. This includes hardness settings, regeneration cycles, and operating parameters. That is why it is worth entrusting the installation to a company that handles not only plumbing but also the selection, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment systems.

 What does the water softener installation process look like? 

  • 1 - Device selection 

    We analyze the customer's needs, water parameters, and installation conditions, and then select the appropriate softener and necessary equipment.

  • 2- Assessment of the installation site 

    Please provide a description of the planned installation site and photos. This allows us to determine the expected scope of work. If it is not possible to clearly determine all conditions based on the photos, we can schedule a visit by an installer to carry out a precise on-site assessment.

  • 3 - Preliminary quote 

    Based on the information gathered, we present the estimated cost of the work and the required installation components.

  • 4 - Agreement

    Once the solution and scope of work are accepted, we enter into an agreement.

  • 5 - 3D Design

    We are preparing a detailed 3D installation concept and sending it to the client for approval.

  • 6 - Scheduling an appointment 

    We are arranging a convenient date for the installation.

  • 7 - Installation

    Our installers perform a complete installation of the softener and the required system components.

  • 8 - Configuration and startup 

    After the work is completed, we start the device, configure its parameters, and verify the correct operation of the entire system.

  • 9 - Service

    After installation, we provide the option of ongoing support and equipment servicing if needed.

  We always prepare a 3D design  

One of the important elements of our work is the preparation of a detailed 3D visualization. Thanks to this, even before starting work, we can precisely plan how the installation will be carried out and agree with the client on the placement of devices and installation components.

A 3D design provides greater control over the implementation, makes it easier to assess the scope of work, and allows the client to see what the finished installation will look like. This reduces the risk of surprises during assembly and allows us to agree on the most important technical details in advance.

 Possibility of applying 8% VAT 

When purchasing a device together with installation services, it is possible to apply a reduced VAT rate of 8% instead of 23%, provided that the conditions stipulated by law are met. The final VAT rate and the method of settlement depend on the nature of the investment, the facility, and the scope of work performed.
