SUPREME OXYLINE28 PLUS is a modern, professional water iron remover that utilizes innovative aeration technology to effectively reduce iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide compounds. This model stands out due to the use of the highest quality lightweight catalytic media, Katalox Light™ (with a capacity of 28.3 dm³), which allows for effective operation even at lower water pH levels (the pH range for the media is 5.8 - 10.0). The device eliminates the need for any chemicals for regeneration or external aeration systems. A special air pocket is created inside the large tank (10x54 inches), and the electronic controller (time-volume based) allows for setting an additional air exchange between regeneration cycles, e.g., halfway through the operating cycle, which is extremely useful under high oxygen demand conditions[cite: 25, 26].

The heart of the system is the reliable American CLACK IMPRESSION control valve, which ensures stable and long-lasting operation at a maximum instantaneous flow rate of 1.8 m³/h (nominal flow rate is 1.1 m³/h)[cite: 25, 26]. A major advantage of the device, with dimensions of 1580 mm x 255 mm x 285 mm (depth with bypass is 365 mm), is its ability to work directly and seamlessly with any type of pressure tank – both diaphragm tanks, where water does not come into contact with air, and flow-through tanks[cite: 25, 26]. Furthermore, the lack of a need to install an additional contact tank saves valuable space in the boiler room.
