Cintropur NW18 filter cartridges – replaceable filter sleeves

Cintropur NW18 filter cartridges are original sleeves designed for replacement in pre-filters of this series. Their task is to retain mechanical impurities present in water – sand, rust, sludge, and fine sediment particles – before they enter the rest of the water installation.

The cartridge is placed on a frame inside the filter bowl, where water flows through its surface due to the centrifugal force generated by the centrifuge. Regular replacement or cleaning of the sleeve allows for maintaining high filtration efficiency and stable water flow, without noticeable pressure drops in the installation.

The cartridges are available in five filtration precision variants: 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 microns. The choice of the appropriate micron rating depends on the degree of water contamination and the purpose of the installation – the smaller the value, the more precise the filtration of fine particles, while higher values are suitable for greater contamination of raw water.

Regular cartridge replacement is fundamental for the proper operation of the Cintropur NW18 filter and guarantees effective protection of the entire water installation for many years.
