A true revolution in the P1 model is the use of specialized, copper-zinc KDF85 (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion) media. It is distinguished by strong bacteriostatic properties that inhibit the growth of microorganisms inside the tank, ensuring sterile and hygienic operation of the entire system. KDF85 media perfectly removes hydrogen sulfide, eliminating the bothersome "rotten egg" smell, and also captures dangerous heavy metals from the water. Moreover, the patented flow distributor ensures that water perfectly rinses the entire filter layer, completely eliminating stagnant zones (dead zones) and maximizing the efficiency of ion exchange.
The enormous efficiency of the station goes hand in hand with unprecedented economy. The system is equipped with an intelligent controller that continuously analyzes consumption parameters and initiates the rinsing process only when absolutely necessary. This intelligent regeneration allows the S1000 P1 station to use up to 30% less salt and water compared to standard columns available on the market. The entire unit is protected by an extremely durable construction – a pressure tank made of a homogeneous glass-filled composite, ensuring hydraulic safety and trouble-free operation for over 10 years.
