UV Germicidal Lamp TMA D8 – Simple, Reliable, and Economical Water Sterilization

The TMA D8 lamp is an economical yet highly effective water sterilizer created by a respected Polish manufacturer. As the direct successor to the V25 model, it offers high throughput – a nominal flow rate of 2.10 m³/h (at a radiation dose of 400 J/m²). Due to optimized production costs, it is the most affordable device in TMA's offering with a capacity exceeding 2 m³/h, making it an ideal choice for owners of single-family homes and larger holiday properties. It is perfect for protecting well water and as a safeguard against periodic contamination of the water supply network.

The lamp's operation is based on irradiating the flowing liquid with UV-C ultraviolet rays, which absolutely neutralizes the microorganisms present in it. This technology guarantees the destruction of up to 99.9% of bacteria (including dangerous strains of E. coli, streptococci, and Legionella), viruses, and fungi. This is a completely physical, ecological disinfection without the use of chemicals (such as chlorine), making the water completely safe for health, and its natural taste and smell remain unchanged.

The TMA D8 model stands out for its innovative 42 W UV emitter. Its impressive lifespan is up to 16,000 hours (approximately 22 months of continuous operation). The solid, pressure-resistant acid-resistant steel (304L) housing ensures durability and safety for years. The modern filament mounting system with a dedicated connector guarantees hassle-free replacement without the need for tools. The device is equipped with a glowing sleeve, which serves as a convenient, optical indicator of the emitter's operation. The equipment, of course, has a PZH hygienic certificate, providing full guarantee of safety in contact with drinking water.
