ViO PPC – combined filter (polypropylene + activated carbon) for the ViO AW-RL03-600G tankless reverse osmosis system
The original ViO PPC cartridge is a pre-filter for the ViO AW-RL03-600G tankless reverse osmosis system. A single housing combines dense polypropylene fiber with a 5-micron rating and activated carbon.
Polypropylene removes sand, silt, and rust, while the carbon removes chlorine, organic compounds, and unpleasant odors and tastes. This is the most important protection for the RO membrane: chlorine damages its structure, while sediment clogs its pores. Regular PPC replacement extends the membrane's lifespan and maintains the system's full capacity of up to 2,300 liters per day.
Replacement is "dry": the module can be removed without tools and without shutting off the water supply. The cartridge usage indicator will remind you when it is time to replace it.
Operating conditions: cold municipal tap water, temperature 4–40°C.
Recommended replacement frequency: every 12 months.
