Midea PAC Filter for 400GPD and 800GPD RO Systems

The original Midea PAC cartridge is a pre-filter for tankless reverse osmosis systems Midea MRO2489C-400G and Midea MRO2489C-800G. It combines mechanical filtration with activated carbon and prepares water for further purification by the RO membrane.

Key features of the PAC cartridge:

  • Mechanical filtration: the polypropylene layer helps retain sand, silt, rust, sediment, and other solid particles.
  • Activated carbon: the carbon block helps reduce chlorine and substances affecting the taste and odor of water.
  • Filtration accuracy: mechanical filtration is accurate down to 5 microns.
  • RO membrane protection: the pre-filter reduces the amount of contaminants entering the reverse osmosis membrane.
  • Original Midea cartridge: designed for direct use in compatible Midea systems.
  • Easy replacement: the cartridge's design allows for quick replacement during periodic system maintenance.

Choose the appropriate kit version:

  • PAC – without restrictor: Midea PAC filter cartridge only.
  • PAC + 1000CC restrictor – 400GPD: PAC cartridge with a restrictor designed for the Midea MRO2489C-400G system.
  • PAC + 650CC restrictor – 800GPD: PAC cartridge with a restrictor designed for the Midea MRO2489C-800G system.

Note: The flow restrictor is installed on the RO system's drain line. When choosing a kit with a restrictor, select the version appropriate for your system.

Regular replacement of the PAC cartridge maintains effective pre-filtration and supports the proper functioning of the RO membrane.

Recommended replacement frequency: every 6–12 months or after filtering approximately 3600 liters of water, depending on water quality and intensity of use.
