Ecosoft 4.5″ × 10″ GAC Filter with Granular Activated Carbon

The original Ecosoft CHV4510ECO cartridge is a granular activated carbon filter made from coconut shells, designed for standard 4.5″ × 10″ filter housings. The cartridge helps improve the quality and organoleptic properties of filtered water.

Key features of the cartridge:

• Coconut shell activated carbon: granular activated carbon media ensures effective adsorption of substances present in water.
• Chlorine reduction: the cartridge helps reduce chlorine and chlorination by-products.
• Improved taste and odor: the filter helps reduce substances affecting the taste, odor, and color of water.
• Reduction of selected contaminants: activated carbon helps reduce natural organic compounds and other selected substances adsorbed by carbon.
• Standard size: the 4.5″ × 10″ cartridge fits compatible BB10 type filter housings.
• Compatibility with Ecosoft RObust 3000 MAX: the CHV4510ECO is used as one of the pre-filters in this system.

The cartridge can be used in compatible water treatment systems that use 4.5″ × 10″ housings. Its actual lifespan depends on water quality and the amount of contaminants entering the filter.

Recommended replacement frequency: every 3–6 months, depending on water quality and intensity of use. In the Ecosoft RObust 3000 MAX system, the manufacturer recommends replacement every 3 months.
