The TMA D4 lamp is an advanced water sterilizer from a reputable Polish manufacturer, an improved successor to the popular V12 model. It was designed to protect installations in small single-family homes, summer houses, and catering establishments. Offering a nominal flow rate of 1.30 m³/h (at a radiation dose of 400 J/m²), the device easily meets the demand for safe water from a private well (e.g., a deep well), protecting the entire installation from microbiological contamination.
Disinfection takes place by intense irradiation of flowing water with UV-C ultraviolet rays. This process effectively destroys up to 99.9% of dangerous microorganisms, including E. coli bacteria, streptococci, Legionella, and viruses. This is a 100% physical method, which means it is disinfection without the use of chemicals (e.g., sodium hypochlorite). Water after UV sterilization remains completely safe to drink and retains its natural, excellent taste and smell.
The TMA D4 model is equipped with an efficient 27 W UV lamp, whose lifespan reaches 16,000 hours, which translates to approximately 666 days (over 22 months) of continuous operation. The reaction chamber (65 cm long) is made of durable acid-resistant steel (304L), which ensures resistance to high operating pressure (up to 10 bar) and enhances the lamp's effectiveness. Its small dimensions allow for easy compact installation even in very cramped boiler rooms or under-sink cabinets.
