The quartz sleeve is a glass casing for the UV-C emitter, around which disinfected water flows in the reaction chamber of the germicidal lamp. The presented sleeve is an original spare part dedicated to TMA V25, TMA V25LA, TMA V35, TMA V40, TMA V80 lamps, and D series: TMA D8, D8-S, D10, D12, and D14.

The product is made of highly resistant, pure quartz, which completely transmits UVC radiation that destroys bacteria and viruses present in the water. Thanks to the high quality of the material, the sleeve maintains excellent transparency even after repeated cleaning, which directly affects the effectiveness of the entire disinfection process.

In TMA UV lamps, limescale does not build up on the surface of the sleeve, however, if the water is not sufficiently purified before disinfection, sediment may appear. The sleeve should be cleaned with a soft cloth and window cleaner, and thoroughly dried after washing – each cleaning should involve replacing the gasket.

The sleeve is approximately 90 cm long, with an outer diameter of 2.4 cm and an inner diameter of 2.1 cm. Installation requires precise seating in the end cap sockets and the body spring – incorrect tightening of the union nut during incorrect installation can lead to damage to the sleeve, so it is advisable to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
