Aquaphor Pro H – softening cartridge for the Aquaphor ECO H Pro system

The original Aquaphor Pro H cartridge provides water softening in the Aquaphor ECO H Pro under-sink filter (Pro 1 – Pro H – Pro HF set). It contains a mixture of high-quality ion-exchange resins. The cartridge is designed for non-reverse osmosis systems.

Pro H reduces limescale buildup in kettles and coffee machines, removes an oily film from the surface of tea and coffee, and also helps remove iron and manganese. Softening capacity depends on water hardness – at a hardness of 1–1.5 mmol/l, it is approximately 400 l. For very hard water (above 2.5 mmol/l), the manufacturer recommends a reverse osmosis system.

After ion exchange, the water may have a slightly salty aftertaste – this is normal resin behavior. The cartridge can be replaced with one hand, without tools.

Operating conditions: cold mains water, temperature 5–38°C, pressure up to 6.3 bar.

Recommended replacement frequency: every 3 months.
